Nexans single core XLPE 11-33kV “indoor” heatshrink terminations.

Suitable for single core polymeric (XLPE & EPR) insulated cables installed within an air insulated termination box, the SREI terminations are supplied in sets of three phases with 650mm lengths of anti-tracking tubing.

Nexans single core XLPE 11-33kV “outdoor” heatshrink terminations.

Suitable for single core polymeric (XLPE & EPR) insulated cables installed onto over-head line networks, the SREF terminations are supplied in sets of three phases with 650mm lengths of anti-tracking tubing and “rain shed” creepage extenders.

Nexans three core XLPE 11-33kV “indoor” heatshrink terminations.

Suitable for three core polymeric (XLPE & EPR) insulated cables installed within an air insulated termination box, the SRDI terminations are supplied with a three-core cable breakout and 650mm lengths of anti-tracking tubing.

Nexans three core XLPE 11-33kV “outdoor” heatshrink terminations.

Suitable for three core polymeric (XLPE & EPR) insulated cables installed onto over-head line networks, the SRDF terminations are supplied with a shedded three-core breakout, 650mm lengths of anti-tracking tubing and “rain shed” creepage extenders.

Nexans heatshrink termination accessories

The Nexans termination range is modular, requiring components to be ordered to suit your specific application. Terminations are provided to control the electrical stresses at the point of screen removal, but additional items may be required to: terminate armour wires, earth copper tape screens and for copper or aluminium conductor terminals (lugs). Also, dependant on the mounting distances between the MV bushings, additional bushing boot insulation may be required.
