ETS standard earthbars are manufactured from 50x6mm high-conductivity copper bar with M10 brass stud assemblies, mounted on a galvanised steel channel base.

Available from stock with 4, 6, 8, 10 or 20 brass M10 stud assemblies, either without link, or with single and twin disconnectable links.

We offer a custom earthbar manufacturing service which incorporates features from our quality standard range of earthbars. This totally bespoke service is tailored to your requirements, any size of copper bar can be sourced, fixing materials changed and channel bases re-designed to enable a product to be engineered that meets your requirements exactly.

Earthing Conductors

Extensive stocks of flat earthing tapes are available in large quantities in both uncoated or PVC/LSF served variants, together with a variety of sizes of hard drawn copper bar. Flat copper braid is also available with stranded conductors being available to order.

A comprehensive range of conductor clamps and plastic or metallic mounting clips are held in stock to compliment the range of earthing conductors available.

Pipe Earthing Collars

Pipe Earthing Collars

Perforated copper band designed to encircle large diameter pipes and watermains, enabling conductor connection upto 95mm2. Three collars cover pipes ranging from 50mm diameter, upto a maximum of 180mm.
