The Pfisterer CONNEX cable termination system is suitable for the safe, reliable termination of polymeric power cables upto 300kV.
Medium Voltage CONNEX, upto 52kV
The MV range features five sizes of fully insulated, metal housed separable connectors which are suitable for use with all manner of equipment fitted with appropriate CONNEX-style bushings. Featuring silicone insulating components, the resultant termination is water, dirt, grease and oil-resistant, completely maintenance free, shock-resistant and unbreakable in normal operation.

Suitable for use upto 24kV, Size 0 CONNEX separable “Plug-In” connectors are rated upto 250amps, maximum cable size: 70mm2.
Pfisterer MV-CONNEX Size 1
Suitable for use upto 36kV, Size 1 CONNEX separable “Plug-In” connectors are rated upto 630amps, maximum cable size: 240mm2.
Pfisterer MV-CONNEX Size 2
Suitable for use upto 42kV, Size 2 CONNEX separable “Plug-In” connectors are rated upto 800amps, maximum cable size: 300mm2.
Pfisterer MV-CONNEX Size 3
Suitable for use upto 42kV, Size 3 CONNEX separable “Plug-In” connectors are rated upto 1250amps, maximum cable size: 630mm2.
Suitable for use upto 52kV, Size 3S CONNEX separable “Plug-In” connectors are rated upto 1250amps, maximum cable size: 630mm2.

The Pfisterer SICON range of mechanical screw lug lugs and connectors are suitable for use with all cables upto 36kV. The specially designed step-less shear bolt feature enables the maximum clamping force onto the conductor to be achieved, making SICON superior to other mechanical connectors on the market.
