Opening Hours?

Our main offices and stores in Tolworth are open from 08:00am to 05:30pm, Monday to Friday inclusively. An emergency call out service also operates outside of these hours, please call our usual sales number 020 8405 6789 to listen to a selection of individuals on duty and their contact telephone numbers.

Our Portsmouth depot is open from 08:30am to 01:00pm, then 02:00pm to 05:30pm, Monday to Friday inclusively. For collections, please ring 023 9269 6812 beforehand to ensure the facility is available.

Are prices subject to change?

All prices contained within this site are for information only and are subject to changes outside our control. Please check prices when placing an order, we will be pleased to provide order acknowledgements or quotations upon request.

Can I return unwanted goods?

Items supplied as ordered will not be accepted back for credit without prior written consent, and a handling charge will normally be incurred. Items ordered in specially from the manufacturers may also be subject to inspection and re-packing charges. Any item will only be accepted back for credit after ETS inspection to ensure the product is in a resaleable condition.
Any errors in goods supplied should be advised in writing within 7 days of receipt.
