Incorporating LSF nylon cable cleats for multi-core power cables, Alpha trefoil cleats for single-core industrial/commercial applications or the Vulcan and Emperor stainless steel trefoil, quadrofoil, Triplex and single-way cleat ranges for higher levels of fault current withstand and more onerous environments, ETS Cable Components have a product to suit any cable installation.
Most cable cleats now with approval to London Underground Engineering Standard 1-085.
Alpha Trefoil Cable CleatThe Alpha is manufactured from extruded aluminium strip, making them light, robust and strong. Suitable for installing single-core cables in trefoil formation, the Alpha features internal grip ridges to elimate cable slippage and an all aluminium construction to limit corrosion. More range-taking than other trefoil cleats and fast becoming the "industry standard" for industrial applications. Vulcan Trefoil Cable CleatManufactured from 316 stainless steel with integral LSFZeroHalogen cable protection liner with superb corrosion protection capabilities. Suitable for installing single-core cables in trefoil formation the Vulcan is a strong, versatile and compact cleat, ideal for installations where space is limited and potential short-circuit forces are quite high. Vulcan Single-Way Cable CleatThe Vulcan trefoil cleat can also be used with either single-core or multi-core power cables in single-way formation. Emperor Trefoil Cable CleatThe Emperor is an exceptionally strong, high specification cleat suitable for installing single-core power cables in trefoil formation. Designed for installation within the most harsh and demanding environments and used throughout the PetroChem industry. The Emperor is manufactured from 2mm thick 316 stainless steel which makes it the strongest cleat in the range and able to withstand short-circuits of upto 156kA peak. Robust enough to cleat cables upto 128mm outside diameter in trefoil formation. Emperor Single-Way Cable CleatThe Emperor cleat is also available in a single-way variant to accommodate either single-core or multi-core power cables. Featuring the same characteristics as the Emperor trefoil cleat range, the ES provides an exceptionally strong, high specification cable cleat of particular use with 132kV single-core cables. ProTect Short-Circuit Cable StrapsProTect Short-Circuit Straps are also available to augment our ranges of Vulcan and Emperor cleats. Designed for installation between trefoil cleats to enhance the short-circuit capabilities and retain trefoil formation where fixed cleats are spaced more than 1metre apart. Using ProTect allows for greater fixing distances between fixed cleats, therefore reducing installation time and cost. Manufactured from 316 stainless steel with integral LSFZeroHalogen cable protection liner. ProTect straps provide exceptional levels of short circuit withstand. Vulcan Triplex Cable CleatTo accommodate Utility Triplex cables, ETS offer the SFT cable former solution. Generally used within Vulcan trefoil cleats, the SFT former can be rotated within the cleat to accept the twisted nature of the Triplex cable and can also be used within our 2LSF or ES Emperor cleat ranges. The SFT former is manufactured from LSFZeroHalogen nylon. |

Phoenix FP Cable CleatDesigned to complement the new Fire Performance cables that are being increasingly specified within commercial and public building projects. Manufactured from 316 stainless steel and suitable for use with FP400, FP600, FP600S and Firetuf PowerPlus cables, these cleats are intended for use within installations which require vital circuits continue operation in the event of a fire outbreak.
